Questions we often get
How much does a stay cost?
Both villas have the same rates: midweek from ₪3,500 and weekends from ₪4,500. The price covers up to 16 guests, with ₪500 for each additional guest. The final price depends on your dates and number of nights.
How many guests can stay?
Each villa sleeps up to 20. Kinneret House can host an event of up to 25 guests, and Dream House up to 50.
Are the pools heated in winter?
Yes. Both pools are heated and covered during the winter months. Each villa also has a jacuzzi for six.
Is there a safe room?
Yes, each villa has a safe room (mamad) inside the house.
Are the villas suitable for Shabbat observance?
Yes. There is a hot plate and urn, and Kinneret House also has separate beds and two sinks. A synagogue and mikveh are nearby.
Can we bring a dog?
Yes, by prior arrangement.
Are the villas accessible?
Yes, both villas are wheelchair accessible. If you have specific needs, tell us and we will check together.
Do you accept reservist vouchers?
Yes, we accept IDF reservist holiday vouchers.
Is there parking and EV charging?
Kinneret House has parking for 10 cars and Dream House has plenty of parking. Both offer EV charging for an extra fee.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Times are given when you book. If you need a different time, just ask.
