Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information is collected on the Migdal Villas website, how it is used and what your rights are. We act in accordance with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981, and its regulations.
Who we are
The website is operated by the owners of Kinneret House and Dream House, HaBrosh Street, Moshava Migdal ("we"). For any privacy question: sasonava22@gmail.com.
What we collect
- Information you give in the enquiry form: name, phone, email (optional), dates, number of guests, type of stay and your message.
- Information you send on WhatsApp or by phone: whatever you choose to share.
- Technical information: like any website, the hosting servers log basic technical data (IP address, browser type, time of visit) for security and operation.
You are not legally required to give us this information, but without contact details we cannot reply to you.
How we use it
We use the information only to reply to your enquiry, check availability, give you a quote and arrange your stay. We will not send you marketing messages without your explicit consent, and we will never sell your information.
Updates and offers list
If you tick the box asking to receive updates and offers, we will keep your email address (and your name and phone, if you gave them) on a mailing list managed in Google Sheets, and occasionally email you updates and offers. Signing up is optional and is not a condition of service. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to sasonava22@gmail.com, and we will remove your details from the list.
Who we share it with
- Google Apps Script, a Google service that receives the form details, saves them in our Google Sheets spreadsheet and emails them to us. Google's servers may be located outside Israel.
- Google, which provides the inbox where enquiries arrive, Google Sheets where the updates list is kept, and Google Analytics, a statistics service that runs only if you accept statistics cookies (see the Cookie Policy).
- Our hosting provider, which stores the website files and technical access logs. Its servers may be located outside Israel.
- WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to message us on WhatsApp. That use is governed by WhatsApp's privacy policy.
We will disclose information to anyone else only where required by law.
Security and retention
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and the booking, or as required by law, and then delete them.
Your rights
Under the Protection of Privacy Law you may review the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, and ask us to delete it. Contact us at sasonava22@gmail.com or +972-50-832-3316. We will respond within 30 days.
If you believe your information was not handled lawfully, you may contact the Privacy Protection Authority at the Israeli Ministry of Justice.
Minors
The site is intended for adults planning a stay. If you are under 18, please ask a parent to contact us.
