Purpose of the site

The site presents information about Kinneret House and Dream House and lets you contact the owners. It is not a booking system, and sending an enquiry does not make a reservation.

Prices and availability

Prices shown are "from" prices, for guidance only, and may change according to dates, season, number of nights and number of guests. Availability and the final price are given on direct enquiry.

Bookings and house rules

A booking is final only after explicit confirmation by the owners and under the terms agreed, including payment, cancellation and house rules. Pool and jacuzzi safety and supervision of children are the guests' responsibility.

Cancellations

Cancelling a booking made remotely (by phone, WhatsApp, email or through the site) is subject to your rights under the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 5771-2010. The cancellation terms and any cancellation fee will be given to you in writing before the booking is completed. You can send a cancellation request by WhatsApp, email or phone, using the details at the end of this page.

Photos and content

Photos and descriptions are for illustration. We try to keep information accurate and current, but furniture, equipment or surroundings may change.

Intellectual property

All content on the site, including text, photos, videos and design, belongs to the site owners or the respective rights holders. Do not copy it or use it commercially without written permission.

The site links to external services (such as WhatsApp, Google Maps and Waze) and mentions places nearby. We are not responsible for their content or service. Please check opening hours and terms with them directly.

Liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damage arising from use of the information on the site or from a technical fault.
